Canary Island holidays are a great experience for families or a romantic get away for couples. The Canary Islands consist of 7 different islands each one very diverse in culture and climate.

Tenerife holidays are the most popular of the islands with more than 10 million visitors each year. Tenerife was formed millions of years ago by a series of volcanic eruptions, this has created diverse landscapes. Carnival is the fourteen day party only surpassed by Rio’s Carnival. This is held the end of February to March.

Lanzarote is 79 miles off the coast of Africa it is the most eastern island. Lanzorote is a UNESCO world Biosphere Reserve. Timanfaya National Park should not be missed Timanfaya is the core of the Biosphere. If you want the complete experience you can board a camel for a spectacular tour. If nightlife is what you are looking for visit Jameas del Agua an underground entertainment complex built into volcanic rock under water. There are many beaches to visit and all kind of outdoor activities and water sports.

If total relaxation is what you are looking for Fuerteventura is the island to visit. The beaches are spectacular offers windsurfing, kite sailing and many other water sports. The island has a very Carribean laid back feel.
